Meet Yosr
Hi, I’m Yosr, Bridal Manager at the Wedding Gown Specialists in Los Angeles, California. For decades I have been providing customized wedding dress solutions for brides, exceeding expectations in the cleaning, preservation, restoration and alterations of their treasured gowns.
Many brides are extremely nervous, especially about their wedding gowns. Yet, my wealth of experience helps to alleviate their stress and pre-wedding anxiety. I’m dedicated to each bride from the beginning to end, ensuring that their wedding dress looks exquisite for their big day, then carefully preserving it for future generations. It’s touching when they commend me for my caring, positive and friendly nature.
I love seeing people happy, especially after solving their problems. One bride came to me in tears 24 hours before her wedding. She was frantic as her precious wedding gown had been lost in shipment! My team and I were able to relieve her angst. We meticulously cleaned her sister-in-law’s gown, and crafted wedding dress alterations to make it look like it was made for her.
It’s moments like that, which makes my role even more rewarding, heightening my commitment to serve more brides for their special day. No challenge is too big or small for me!
When I’m not helping brides with their wedding gown needs, I’m spending time with my family, hiking, bike riding, hitting the beach or going to the gym. I’m also a sweet tooth. I enjoy seeking and indulging in fine quality sweets and desserts, from the best chocolate through to the tastiest of brownies.
